Welcome to the Hollywood Highlands neighborhood which is represented by the Hollywood Terrace Homeowners Association, a volunteer board comprised of elected property owners within our 30 home development located in the beautiful Hollywood Hills area of Woodinville, Washington. 

Hollywood Highlands is within walking distance of the esteemed Woodinville Wine Country, the home of Chateau Ste. Michelle, the largest winery in the Northwest, Columbia Winery, and other boutique vintners and brewers.     Located in the Hollywood tourist district, we are adjacent to the Sammamish River Trail, and have many events, activities and parks nearby to enjoy.  During the summer months many nationally known entertainers perform concerts at the outdoor stage of the Ste. Michelle Winery concert series.

Students in grades K-12 attend schools in the award-winning Northshore School District. Nearby colleges and universities include the University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University,  Cascadia College, and Seattle Community College. The community of Woodinville is just 30 minutes from Seattle and offers “Country Living, City Style” to its nearly 10,000 residents who call Woodinville home.
