HOA Committees

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors and has jurisdiction over modifications, additions, or alterations made on or to existing buildings, structures, lots or property.  This committee reviews applications from homeowners who wish to change the exterior of their property.   Residents with questions about this committee or those who wish to volunteer are encouraged to contact the Association President.

Maintenance Committee

The Maintenance Committee is charged with the maintenance of the common areas. Most maintenance is done by professional contractors and some maintenance is done using self-help. The facilities include the parking lot, main entrance, private roads and rights of ways. Residents with questions about this committee or those who wish to volunteer are encouraged to contact the Association President.

Social Events & Welcoming Committee

The Social Events & Welcoming Committee is responsible for developing and organizing community events to improve the quality of life for all Hollywood Highland residents.  Some events organized by this committee include the Annual Neighborhood Clean-Up, Social Meetings, and the committee chair oversees the greeting of homeowners new to the neighborhood.  Residents with questions about this committee or those who wish to volunteer are encouraged to contact the Association President.
