HOA Rules

Common Area Parking Limitations

Parking or storing of cars, trucks, boats, trailers, campers, motor-homes, and the like, in the common area is restricted to 72 consecutive hours.  Association members wishing to park or store vehicles for longer than 72 consecutive hours must obtain written approval signed by three Association Board members.  This time restriction does not apply when snow, ice, or other road conditions render the streets unusable.

Persons who are not members of the Homeowners Association are prohibited from parking or storing vehicles on, or otherwise using, the common areas, except at the invitation of a current Association member, subject to the restrictions applicable to Association members.  The Board is authorized to have any vehicle parked or stored in violation of this section towed at the owner's expense.
